Principal further agrees not to enter any properties listed in the Current Listings section of the MSPGroup.com website without express written authorization from the MSP Group LLC. Principal further agrees not to contact the owners, owner’s agents, employees or property manager of properties listed on MSPGroup.com.
Broker
By selecting the “Broker” option you hereby represent that YOU are a duly licensed real estate sales associate, broker associate or broker and furthermore you agree to all of the TOS (Terms of Service) herein. It is intended to be reviewed only by the receiving party and should not be made available to any person or entity without the express written consent of MSP Group LLC. MSP Group LLC will only cooperate with Broker if Broker is in fact duly licensed and is not acting as a Principal or Prospective Purchaser. Broker further acknowledges that MSP Group LLC or its clients will not pay a commission to anyone who is or acts as a Principal/Prospective Purchaser, or has an interest of any kind or nature whatsoever, whether contingent or vested, direct or indirect, oral or written, in the Prospective Purchaser or its affiliated assignee(s), and this provision shall survive Closing. Broker further acknowledges that Broker will not pay a commission, rebate, refund, kickback or in any way shape or form compensate Prospective Purchaser or anyone who is or acts as a Principal/Prospective Purchaser, or has an interest of any kind or nature whatsoever, whether contingent or vested, direct or indirect, oral or written, in the Potential Prospective Purchaser or its affiliated assignee(s) and this provision shall survive Closing. Should it be discovered after a closing facilitated through MSP Group LLC that Broker in fact had/has an interest in the Purchaser and/or Property or that Broker did compensate Purchaser or its affiliated assignee(s), Broker and Purchaser shall be jointly and severally be liable for the commission paid to Broker and shall immediately upon written demand by MSP Group LLC return the full amount of any commission paid to Broker and/or Purchaser and both Broker and Purchaser shall reimburse MSP Group LLC any and all legal fees incurred associated with the demand and retrieval of said commission/compensation.
